Devesh, a serial entrepreneur is a Founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Started as outdoor marketing professionals, entrepreneurship bug bit him at the age of 23 years when he set up Sharma Advertising & Marketing Pvt Ltd which is now known as SAMPL Communications Pvt Ltd. With his consistent hard work and successfully managing and sailing through ups and down of the business, today he feels proud to see SAMPL as a successful and a leading company in the area of advertising, marketing, brand building and event management. Having successfully created SAMPL, he did not rest. In 2010 he has started another venture in B2C segment by launching BookMyEvent.Com portal to facilitate online ticketing for live concerts, music nights and movies.

Widely known and respected in advertising circles, corporate world and government organizations, he always focuses on clients’ needs and provides solutions which not only meet their requirement in a cost effective way but also enhance their brand value. His mantra of “client first” drives the entire organization to deliver best outcome to its clients. He is having thorough understanding of various communication tools and is having the ability to incorporate them to translate the clients need into cost-effective creative messages. Crisis management is his forte. He is extremely focused and has ability to see the large picture which helps him to provide unique results even under difficult situations. While continue to have focus on clients’ satisfaction he strongly believes in family values and ethics to motivate its employees. He is a great leader who always lead from front. He is highly motivated, creative, proactive and passionate individual who always looks for the growth of the company and its employees.

He is also the Founder and Director of SAMPL Communications Private Limited and BookMyEvent.in Private Limited. He held several advisory positions with large companies in past.

Devesh has done his graduation from University of Delhi. He has also completed his Executive Programme in Leadership and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Sandarshan, an ex-defence officer is a Founder Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is responsible for strategy, growth and day to day operations of the Company. He has 16 years’ of rich experience in the field of operations, administration, facilities and security.

Sandarshan started his career in 1998 as a Gazetted Officer in the rank of Assistant Commandant with Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) which is the world’s largest para military force. During his tenure of 9 years with CRPF, he served the forces in various capacities across India and has been an Officer commanding the team of over 1,000 troops where his key responsibilities were training the troops, keep them motivated, administration and management of the Unit. He also handled anti-terrorist and insurgency operations in troubled states across India. Later he got promoted as Deputy Commandant.

In 2008 he moved into a corporate role by joining Essar group, one of the largest business houses in India as Manager – Facilities and Administration and later on got promoted to become Associate Vice President. During this tenure, he handled entire gamut of facilities and administration with focus on bottom-line growth, dealing with local regulatory and statutory agencies and independently managing multiple projects and operations with end to end responsibility involving land acquisition, real estate development, vendors’ management, negotiations, budgeting, tender, contract management, lease agreements, etc.

During the course of his employment he got rich experience in ensuring compliance with quality compliance standards such as ISO: 9001, 27000, 14001, 18001 & SSAE 16 Type 1, identifying loopholes and hindrances, devising strategies and processes to smoothen the administrative functions and identifying value adds to existing processes. During his tenure he was instrumental in devising and implementing several new ideas which helped the company to improve its bottom line.

Sandarshan has done his graduation from University of Delhi and Post-Graduation Diploma in Defence Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
